Who is behind A²? That’s us, Anke and Anke born in Lower Saxony and have been at home in Hamburg for a long time.

We started this site when we went on a sabbatical for 8 months in 2020. At that time still with the fat one converted by a friend, a 13-year-old VW Crafter.

In the meantime, we are on the road with a Grand California 680.

We learned windsurfing during our sabbatical and now we use the warm time in northern Germany or southern Europe for short trips and surf trips and, of course, for extensive vacations.
